Scope of these terms

These terms apply when you browse or otherwise use the public website at rekrutme.team and its public project pages. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

The website is currently an informational project site. It does not itself create an athlete profile, recruiter account, college application, scholarship application, eligibility determination, recruitment contract, employment relationship, agency relationship, or relationship with a college or athletic program.

Information only — not professional advice

Website content describes the project, its intended approach and general recruiting concepts. It is not admissions, eligibility, scholarship, financial, legal, immigration, tax, academic-credential, medical, safeguarding, or other professional advice.

Rules and requirements may change and may differ by institution, athletic program, association, jurisdiction, applicant status, sport and academic context. Important decisions should be verified with the relevant college, athletic program, governing association, credential authority, qualified adviser, or other authoritative source.

No guarantee of recruiting outcomes

REKRUTME does not guarantee admission, athletic eligibility, coach contact, recruitment interest, roster placement, scholarship funding, financial aid, visa or immigration outcomes, academic recognition, or any other recruiting result.

Any future fit score, match, recommendation, academic normalization, athletic comparison or similar output will be decision support based on available data and rules. Such outputs may be incomplete, uncertain, conditional, or outdated and will not replace decisions made by colleges, athletic programs, associations or other competent bodies.

External services and links

The website links to third-party services used for distinct public project functions, including Featurebase for public feedback and roadmap information, GitHub for public technical material, and F6S for the project’s startup profile. Other external links may also appear.

Third-party services are controlled by their own operators and are subject to their own terms, privacy notices and availability. We are not responsible for third-party content or services merely because we link to them. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement, user or activity on the linked service.

Feedback and public submissions

If you submit feedback or suggestions through Featurebase or another public project channel, do not include confidential information, passwords, security-sensitive details, identity documents, athlete records, transcripts, medical information, private third-party data, or material you are not authorised to share.

Public submissions may be visible to others. Suggestions may be reviewed, discussed, adapted or used to improve REKRUTME without creating an obligation to implement them, maintain them, provide attribution, enter into a business relationship, or pay compensation. You retain any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive or transfer through this clause.

Security vulnerabilities or sensitive security information must be reported privately to security@rekrutme.team, not posted publicly.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful browsing, reference and communication. You must not deliberately interfere with the website or its infrastructure, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, abuse the contact channels, impersonate REKRUTME or its operator, misrepresent an affiliation with the project, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Normal search-engine indexing and ordinary sharing of links to public pages are permitted. Automated activity that materially disrupts the website, bypasses technical restrictions, or extracts content or contact information for unlawful abuse is not permitted.

Intellectual property

Unless a specific page, file or repository states otherwise, the REKRUTME name, logo, website copy, graphics, design assets and project materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Public availability does not grant a licence to reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, pass off, or commercially exploit those materials.

You may link to public pages and quote limited portions where permitted by law. Public GitHub repositories may contain their own licence or licence-status file; the terms stated in the relevant repository govern that repository material and take precedence over this general website clause for that material.

Availability, accuracy and project changes

REKRUTME is under development. Features, terminology, technical approaches, target scope, public roadmap items and other project information may change, be delayed, be replaced, or never be implemented. Roadmap information is an expression of current intent, not a contractual commitment or delivery guarantee.

We may correct, update, remove, suspend or discontinue website content or the website itself without prior notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent preservation of every page, or continued availability of third-party links.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that its content is complete, current, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular recruiting, academic or financial decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaSphere company s.r.o. is not liable for loss caused solely by reliance on general project information, third-party content, external-service availability, or decisions made by independent colleges, athletic programs, associations, coaches, recruiters or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Privacy and contact data

Our processing of personal data through the public website, contact form and email channels is described in the Privacy Policy. The public website is not currently a channel for submitting athlete profiles, transcripts, identity documents, medical data, or other sensitive recruitment records.

Applicable law and mandatory rights

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute concerning the public website will be handled by the courts that are competent under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts mandatory rights, protections, remedies or jurisdiction rules that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website or project changes. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date. Material changes connected with the launch of accounts, application functionality, paid services, subscriptions, or other contractual product features will require product-specific terms appropriate to that service.
